Hi all,
I've just come across the most irritating scenario. I've had my MacPro for a year now and have only noticed a major design flaw in the NVIDIA 7300GT cards. Well, at least my one.
I've always used my 30" cinema display, so only one connector needed, but I've just tried to hook up two 20" cinema displays and noticed that the connectors on the graphics card aren't spaced wide enough apart to be able to have both DVI connectors in at the same time....................
Has anyone else had this problem?
I honestly cannot believe it.

There's a fix for it... Apple includes a small DVI extension cable in every Power Mac G5 and Mac Pro for this very reason. Use the small cable.

So that is what that damn thing was for...
I miss the days of the G5 and XPS Pentium 4 running side by side as high-end machines.
