Having a problem getting the hardware test to begin. Once the screen pops up after holding the D button, I will click test and it freezes. I have v 4.10 on it now. Since the first test is the memory test, will I have to go through each module? When I fire it up normally, everything works great, I look at about this mac and check the status of the memory and everything shows good. I have 6 gb ram (4x1gb from OWC, 4x512 modules from apple). Any help would be appriciated.

You should probably try memtest.

Guess I jumped the gun. I thought it was locked up because the mouse would not move, became jittery when I tried to move it, but it did do the test. Is this supposed to happen like this?
