how to config to use the “back” for safari instead of moving the mouse to the back button on top of browser

I dont think its possible to configure a keystroke (backspace) to a mouse button!

Wouldn't it be possible to set the chosen button to push +[, the back command?

Yeah, you could set the mouse squeeze to do that.
