Every time I open Firefox or Safari I have to reinstall Flash. Anyone know why? Is there a known solution?

What do you mean you have to reinstall it? That it won't run otherwise?

I'll install it. Then run a browser and it's fine, but if I restart the browser or my computer, hell, if I close the window, it won't play anything flash.

So what happens when you install flash through the firefox plug-in finder, then Cmd+Q and restart firefox?

EDIT: Nevermind, i must read posts properly before replying

You seem to mean the flash player, not Adobe Flash, the creative application...

Perhaps the permissions get messed up and prevent it from loading properly? I would suggest using Disk Utility (Applications -> Utilities) to repair the permissions, then you should uninstall Flash completely then re-download it to see if the problem goes away. (you can try the latest update here, I've been running it since it came out and found no problem).
