Just a question i have 2 7300gt nvidia cards and ATIx1900, can install the 2 7300 cards along with ATI card in the my MacPro...?

Yes.

There was initially a 'no mixing ATi and nVidia cards' issue when the OS X Intel was first released, but it has since been resolved.

I've just taken my 7300GT out of my Mac Pro as having it and a X1900XT in at the same time was giving me issues with Aperture, be careful.
Mac Pro Quad 2.66Ghz with 5Gb memory, 2.2Tb internal HDD, 750Gb external HDD and 30" Apple Cinema Display
