how can i put an audiophile 2496 soundcard into my mac pro?

Appears to be a PCI/PCI-X only card... you can't.

Consider the M-AUDIO FireWire 410 instead.

its a mac pro. sorry my bad if i posted in the wrong forum.
im gonna have to go with external firewire, maybe presonus or mbox2 or the maudio joint.
