My iMac is only a week old and I'm still learning the ropes. I installed my AiO printer yesterday and it seemed to be working O.K. An icon for the printer's on-screen manual was on my desktop so, this morning, I clicked on it so I could learn more about my printer operations. I got a pop-up saying, "the volume of (my printer) manual could not be found, insert the disk." so I re-inserted my printer disk. Nothing happened but I can't remove the disk. Putting the icon on my desktop into the trash doesn't work. What do I do now.

Press and hold the upper-right-hand key on your keyboard.

(Alternately, and I realize that this borders on the utterly bizarre for someone who's switching from Windows: try the "Help" menu. It actually helps. Not being smart-assed; I know full well that if you're used to Windows, the Help menu is the LAST place you'll look...)

Hahaha. So sad, so true. The help menu will probably solve your problem, unless it is having problems. If the eject key (the one analogika told you to hold down) doesn't work, then turn off your computer and restart while holding down the mouse button.
