I use Parralels and Safari on Mac OS X and the CPU fan are on all day - Is this bad?

I did a 'top' using terminal and Safari uses 75 % when using a website which has flash - The website changes the website regularly so its not Safari getting itself in a pickle but just a fast moving web application

I need to use this website all day so is there anything I can do to ease the burden on the cpu?

Also is it bad for the fan to be on all day?
