I have not received this computer yet as it is at the other end of the province, but by looking this picture that was taken by the iMac, do you think the issue is with the camera needing to be replaced, or if it's the video processor could it be the board. Until I get it, this picture is all I have to go with.

Has the current user reported any video issues with the rest of machine? If its only the camera, I would guess it needs a new one of those. Or maybe the cable.

try resetting our PRAM, just in case. It fixed my camera. Shut down, then start it up while holding down Command-Option-P-R and wait for it to startup chime 5 times.

First I was thinking that it was the CCD chip, but if it was the red part, the red chair would not be showing right. I'm thinking it's the camera cable or processor. It's not in my hands, but will see if the tech can reset the PRAM and see if that helps.
