Hey guys...Today I woke up in horror as my iMac Screen looks like it's busted. I looked around and there are no visible marks on the screen. I havent restarted or done much to it. This is the first hour I have had it on. Any advice what to do?

That doesn't look like the screen to me. It looks like a controller or cable problem. Give Apple a call and ask 'em about it. They've been known to be "flexible" on issues that come up right after the one-year warranty expires.

well I thought that too but when I take a screenshot it shows nothing wrong with it. So thats what made me think of the screen issue.

I agree that it's a cable or controller problem. Since you have AppleCare give Apple a call. Sucks that you are so far away from an Apple Store though.
