Since CS3 is killing our 1gig machine, we have decided adding more ram is long overdue.

I have found there to be some pretty huge differences in the price of ram offered by OWC and Crucial.

My apologizes if this topic has already been covered, buy am I safe going with the less expensive OWC ram?

Testing and brand name.

Newegg is another option, and often cheaper than OWC.

Using 8 GB of OWC cheapest RAM for over a year now.. no problem ..

My problem now is I don't know if I should buy more RAM now or later.. don't know if the price going to go up or down for the 677 Mhz Fi-DIMM

I'd go with the OWC ram, great reputation, uses the same heat sinks as apple. I've been buying memory from them and Crucial and both have never disappointed me.
