Anyone have a current source for translating Machine IDs (aka Gestalt IDs) into plain English? In the past, I occasionally used this list at The Apple Museum but I don't think that site has been updated in quite a while.

TIA

Based on what I just read on the site, he's not updating the list anymore instead focusing on articles. Check out apple-history.com or mactracker

I had already poked around apple-history.com and did not find what I was looking for. MacTracker appears to be a one-page web site.

Mactracker is a stand-alone application, not a website.
