Hello,
barring a new mini tower announcement tomorrow, I'll be ordering a Mac pro when I get back home from San Fran. With my current ATI 8500 card I can rotate the video 90 or 180 degrees. I have a Dell monitor that can rotate 90 degrees and occasional I use this functionality. I was wondering if anyone knew if it was possible to do this with the Nvidia card?

nVidia 7300GT/FX 4500 display rotation was added in OS X 10.4.10 and should be supported for all nVidia apple supported cards in 10.5. ( worst case 8800GT might need 10.5.1 build 9B116 or 10.5.2 )

My 7300 can. That's the first thing I did when I got my dual 24" LCDs. After mounting the displays on the
dual-display clamp-stand, I rotated both to portrait position and set the System to 90/90 and also 90/270.
Worked great - but at 24" it's a bit hard on the neck to keep them like that.

21" and larger displays are really meant to be two page displays ( side by side horizontally ) unless you have poor eyesight and need lots of magnification.
