I am wanting to get leopard on one of my 1tb drives and get that 320gb out of there...so i can have 4 1tb drives.

How can I do that? I thought about installing leopard on the 1tb and then using a time machine back-up to get everything back on there, but is there an easier way. And will it automatically know that the 320 is gone and the 1tb is now the main boot disc?

no0b question i know...

You can use Migration Assistant to move your data, settings and Applications. You can choose the boot volume in the System Prefs, so that's no problem either.

(1) To replace your 320 GB drive, install Leopard on your 1 TB drive and use Migration Assistant to move your data onto the new drive.
(2) Take out your old 320 GB drive and put in other harddrives in the remaining bays (if you want).
(3) There is no step 3.

Note that moving your data might take time (it depends on the amount of data).
I don't suffer from insanity, I enjoy every minute of it.
