Hi, a friend of mine want to upgrade his PM G5 1.6. He's basically only doing some Photoshop but mainly using FC.

I'm gonna upgrade the RAM from 1 to 3 Gig.

Is it worth upgrading his 9600 radeon? Any choice apart the x800?

What else could we upgrade?

Thanks!

P.S.Oh and... he's on a budget....

FC doesn't use the graphics card much (Motion does... but I doubt he's running that on a single G5). Memory and disk (if his are near full) are about all you can do. The CPU is not upgradeable.
