I have repaired permissions for the first time since upgrading to Leopard but got this list afterwards. What do I do now? Has this list of errors been repaired ok or not? Do I need to worry as this is the first time I have had any bad reports?

Just run it again. These were probably fixed.

It looks like you're having ACL permission issues on your home directory. Boot from the Leopard install disk and reset your Home Folder ACL permissions using the Password Reset Utility.

Be advised that only the applications that saved permissions receipts (for example Flash Player Plugin as shown in your OP) can be repaired by Disk Utility.
