I've been a Mac user for several years. I got frustrated with Windows XP X-tra P-roblems and bought a Mac: An 800 MHz tower.

So, this Monday night past the display on my second Mac, a sec-gen iMac, went bye-bye after years of faithful service

and I decided to see what Windows Vista was like. I purchased a mid-price box at Wal-Mart.

BAD IDEA!

But not because of Wal-Mart.

Less than 48 hours later, with no luck being able to get the files off my Quicksilver tower (which I converted to a backup), and a lot less hair from pulling it out due to frustration with Microsoft junk, I returned the PC box to Wal-Mart and went straight to the local Micro Center (the closest Apple dealer) and got a 20" iMac (at a $110 discount!) and have been happy ever since.

So it's nice to be here. How's everyone doing?

Great! Congrats with the new Mac! Leopard is sooo much nicer than Vista.

Tell me about it. I feel like a fool to think that Windows was better than OS X.
