Hi.
I don't know what to do.
Recently, every blank DVD disc that I'm trying to write data on, cannot be written.

I'm inserting the disc. the mac is thinking about 15 seconds, and ejects it.
These are "Verbatim" DVD-R, 16X, 4.7GB.
***They worked on my mac a few months ago, but I bought a new stock and the mac doesn't like them. The mac doesn't like other discs too.
Do I have to change something in the mac settings or something?
They're quality is very good.

Blank CD's can be written.
Please Help me guys, it really drives me crazy.

Maybe the lens of the CD-drive is dusty.

I have read that if you smoke cigarettes you can even ruin your drive entirely.

Might be a matter for service either way.

You're going to need to bring the mini in and get its drive changed (hopefully you're still under warranty). I had to do this when my Mini experienced similar problems.
