Can you clone an iMac strictly as a XP box? If so does anyone know how?

Sure. dd works regardless of hardware.

You can set up an iMac as an XP box, sure. OS X requires a Mac, but XP will run on pretty much any PC. Set up you XP iMac just as you would any other Windows PC.
