Hello,
I have a totally dead imac g5 2.0 GHZ not intel, the logic is dead and too expensive to change. I have a PowerPC G4, 733 Mhz Processor, does somebody know if I can put the hard drive , dvd superdrive and 1gb memory from the imac g5 in the old Power Pc G$? IF so can I do it?

Thank you!

Natively? No, no, and no.

If you buy a PCI SATA card, then you could use the hard drive, but they probably cost more than a larger compatible hard drive would cost. If you buy a slim optical drive adapter for a 5.25" bay you could use that too, but such a thing probably costs more than a quality DVD burner. And the RAM is useless.
