This will be for MS games only. I'm not sure how to install it.

The manufacturer's web site states this -

System Requirements Minimum of a 550 Watt power supply.
(Minimum recommended power supply with +12 Volt current rating of 40 Amp Amps.)

I assume i'll have enough power, the owners manual says "do not exceed 300 watts" Currently i only have the 7300.

The two won't exceed 300W will they and if so what can be done ?

An available 6 pin PCI-E power connector and an available 8 pin PCI-E power connector
Power Connector 6 pin / 8 pin

I'm not to sure about how to go about connecting theses guys. I noticed under the front fan on the mother board are a couple of empty sockets. Is this where i connect them? If so what kind of adaptors will i need?

If its not going to be strait forward how do i frankenstein this card inside.

The power connectors mentioned are on the card (on the "front" side usually, sometimes on the "top") and you run a connector directly from the PSU. There are converters from the regular 4-pin connectors used for harddrives if the MP PSU does not have any 6-pin or 8-pin power connectors. Whether the MP PSU has any PCIe connectors at all, or enough 4-pin connectors, or even enough amps on the 12V rail, is more than I know. Try it and find out, I guess.
The low-end Mac Pro is the most overpriced Mac since the IIvx
