Would I see a big difference if I upgrade my Mac Mini Core 1.66 Core Duo to a 1.83 Ghz Core 2 Duo? It also has 2 GB's of ram.

Thanks

Wouldn't that come with the NVIDIA graphics? That'd be worth the upgrade, no?

well macworld did a review and provided some benchmarks that indicate that the new mini is faster then the previous model.

Sorry I should have explained more... I would be swapping the CPU in my Mini.... it was a Core Solo 1.5 which I upgraded to a Core Duo a while back.

How much would that 1.83 GHz C2D cost you?

The performance gain will be there, but nowhere in excess of 20%. If the CPU costs you more than $150 it's probably not worth it. A new mini costs $599.
