I know a long time ago there were HD capacity limits on the macs

in my MP 2 x 2.66 GHZ are there limits? I have 1 TB in three slots and now they have 1.5 TB at $99

will these work?

Yes, any 3.5" SATA drive will work in a Mac Pro.

There's a theoretical size limit, but we won't reach it for about 20 years. Don't lose too much sleep over it.

The limitation due to addressing in the SATA specification is approximately 144 million GB (128 PiB), although the implementation may not support that. Still, I wouldn't worry about any drive being too large.
