Energy saver: turned wake settings off, yet computer still wakes

	this is very odd. I typically have my computer to wake itself every weekday at the same time. Well, this week I had friday off, so I went to Energy Saver > Schedule... > then unchecked start up or wake. about an hour later (the night before, thursday night), i shut my computer down. it is now friday morning and the computer turned itself on.. i checked the energy saver settings... they remained unchecked... how did my computer wake itself without the command??
