Well since I ordered the iMac last week, there has been a hold of ~$2600 in my banking account. That hold is now gone and the money is free again in my account. As I go to Apple account, it states that the site is undergoing upgrades and viewing order status is unavailable. Also a new seed of 10.6.2 has been released. So what do you guys think? Are we getting close to shipping or am I making too much outta this? And why do you think the money was released back into my account? Hmmmm. Sure not expecting them until ~Thanksgiving.

I would just wait until you can check your shipping status again and see what's going on. If they canceled it for no apparent reason, you might be able to bitch about it and get a free upgrade.

neck and drag him a quarter of a million miles out and say, 'Look at that, you son of a bitch.'"

My 27" Core i7 shipping status still is the same. November shipping.

I ordered the day it was announced.

Same here, no change.
The low-end Mac Pro is the most overpriced Mac since the IIvx
