Was your Apache module migrated from a different architecture such as PPC, or is this a clean install? Sounds like mod_include is unsupported or corrupt or something. If you don't need server side includes you can try commenting it out.

This is an Intel Box. It was upgraded from 10.4-10.5. My thought is that it was a clean install of 10.4 and then a clean install to 10.5 but I'm not sure. I didn't build this box. I'll try commenting it out. I'm not sure if I need that or not.
