Hi, I got a HP w2338h monitor for Xmas. This monitor has only VGA and HDMI inputs. It work perfectly on my Windows 7 PC in both modes. I hooked it up to my Mac Mini using DVI to VGA cable, it works great. But when I hooked it up with a DVI-HDMI cable the display is really awful, the image is like having caffeine overdose, it shakes like there is an earthquake, the text looks very blurry and all icons became jaggy. The native resolution of this monitor is 1920x1080, but in the Display control panel, it shows up as 1920x1080 (interlaced). I have tried SwitchResX and DisplayConfigX which are supposed to fix the problem, but none of them work. Can anyone give me some ideas? Thanks.
