Someone has a swiss-purchased iMac, that has a power cord that doesn't fit our wacky US outlets. It's a 20" 2.66ghz model. Do foreign iMacs have foreign power supplies? Or does it just need a new cable with an american style plug?

Just a new cable.

If you don't need the gray/white, any bog-standard $5 grounded power cord will do.

So, do Swiss iMacs have lots of big holes in them?

I thought the holes were caused by air bubbles during the manufacturing process.

Certain Americans think that the only type of cheese in Switzerland is cheese with holes in it.

However most Americans simply don't care what kind of cheese they have in Switzerland.

Their loss, certainly.

However, I was referring to that iMac up there.

That doesn't surprise me, most Americans probably don't know where Switzerland is.

And I can assure you, many Americans aren’t even aware that Switzerland and Sweden are different things.
