Hi Folks

I am brand new on here so I'd like to start by wishing you all happy new year, my question to you is, i have recently acquired a 2005 Emac purely for the purpose of using garageband, what i seem to be having a problem with is buying monitors/speakers i have enquired at various online stores but getting mixed answers so is anyone on here using an Emac for recording and what speakers do you use.
Look forward to a reply, all the best.

The eMac has a headphone jack output. Anything you connect connect to that which you like the sound of should be fine.

Yes, you'll want a set of powered speakers. I have no idea what they run over there, but I highly recommend a set of Harmon Kardon Soundsticks.

Yeah Soundstick 2s are great. They were about £110 a year or so ago.
