When I put my Mac Pro asleep after an hour or so it wakes itself up. It just suddenly comes on.

Any suggestions?

Try disabling "wake for network activity" in the Energy saver control panel. Some network systems broadcast wake signals every now and then to make sure that all of their equipment (cable modems etc) are awake to receive updates.
The low-end Mac Pro is the most overpriced Mac since the IIvx
