I just purchased a Macbook pro 15 quad core i7 since all this hype about how nice macs are. Come to find out, macs do not support java jdk, only jre. Is there anyone that can help me setup eclipse with a jdk (Not available in Apple Developer). Please, I really don't want to have to dual boot with windows 7.

Apple has deprecated its Java support in Lion, so it is no longer bundled with the OS. You can install version 1.6 of the JDK from here. After that, you install Eclipse from here.
The low-end Mac Pro is the most overpriced Mac since the IIvx
