Hello all. I have been reading ALL of the threads on the idea that has been floating around about the Mezzanine connector for the Rev. C iMac. I have been pursuing this myself for the past week and have come up with some ideas.

First, as I haven't seen any posts about it recently, are there any new developments? Here I go.

I know some of this has been stated all ready but I am just letting you all know where I am and what I have discovered.

The Mezzanine connector is a 160 pin connector identical in both Rev A and B iMacs. A source of the connector would be to get it directly from these machines. If anyone has an A or B, why don't you bring it in to an electronics shop and we can discover what exactly the connector is.

I have contacted various vendors and one vendor has sent me a picture of the Mezzanine connector we need. I am working on getting more information from him. E-mail me if you wish to see the picture.

Yep. Lotsa pictures. Trouble is, there are tons of different kinds of mezzanine connectors, and nobody can figure out where to get them from.
