hard drive problems

My norton utilities 7 is saying that i have a severe problem with my hard drive. I dont have the disk to boot up from anymore to fix (borrowed from friend) . It says that i have a problem with my catalog b-tree or something. what should i do????

Go to your nearest Mac software dealer, and buy a copy of DiskWarrior. It's 90 something dollars, but it's worth every penny. Better at fixing directory problems than Norton.

im confused though. My apple care cd and my disk repair utility both say my drive is fine. Its only norton when im booted into 10.2 does it say that there are problems.
