j'anlee-- I honestly felt I should have been listening to Richard Strauss's "Also Sprach Zarathustra" when I saw your pics. Beautiful use of bokeh. What camera did you use?

And does anyone know where that kind of chair that is? I really dig it. Not one of those ridiculously cushioned things. Little help?

You freaks iz too neat. And where's the ergonomics? I don't think I've seen one pic where everything is how it should be. Not that mine is any better. Probably give a few of you heart attacks

Beautiful in it's simplicity. I have monitor envy......that thing makes my little 20" look positively feeble!
Is that a desktop background that you put together or is it a dashboard widget? If it's a widget, which one?

Thanks everyone. You guys made my day.
Macuser, The wallpaper is something I made. I'm a photographer and came up with the idea as a way to show my work without having to open images all the time. At last count I had close 400 different wallpaper images and the computer gives me a different one every morning.
When I started it turned out to be more work than I had bargained for but I'm glad now that it's done. It really does require a 30" monitor to look right, though. Shrinking the photos down to fit on a 20" (or anything in that range) just does not look as good. The images just get too small.

Hey macimum,
For everyday stuff, in the 35mm category, I primarily shoot with a Canon 10D and Canons 16-35mm L lens. Studio work is done with a Sinar 4X5 view camera.
I assume by the question that you like photography also. If so, what are you using?
