Is there one for the Mac? I'm looking for an options dialog box for the card, but there aren't any downloads at nVidia's site. Specifically, I'm looking for an option like this:

"as one horizontal desktop" (for dual monitors)

Huh? Just choose spanning instead of mirroring in the display preference.

There is no spanning option...

I'm trying to setup World of Warcraft to support both monitors, not just one.

He's wanting the monitors to be treated as if they were one big monitor to the OS, so that programs see a 3200x1200 screen instead of two 1600x1200 screens. In OS X, the menubar would be spanning both screens and such.

Generally on Windows, video drivers offer this as an option above and beyond mirroring and dual monitor option. Offhand, I'm not sure how to do this with an 8800 under OS X.

This has to be specifically supported by the video driver, and I haven't heard of anything like this supported on a consumer card.

This points to a couple of things I like best about ATI graphics hardware... much better driver support and tools to tweak the hardware. I wish nvidia were as diligent.
