Not sure if I'm posting this in the right area. I have a Macbook Pro and recently started having an issue with the wireless mouse and keyboard. I have a 23 inch monitor attached to my Macbook and am using a wireless mighty mouse and wireless keyboard. A few days ago my mouse and keyboard stopped working at the exact same time. I saw the arrow stuck in the center of my computer screen and thought my comp had frozen but noticed the arrow would move using the touch pad on my Macbook Pro. The keyboard on my Macbook Pro also worked so I knew the issue was with the wireless keyboard and mouse. I clicked on "system preferences" and decided to try and pair my mouse and keyboard again like I did when I first got them. I went ahead and clicked on "mouse & keyboard" then clicked on "add new device". Then I clicked on "mouse" and as soon as it began searching for the mouse my wireless mouse and keyboard began working again.

Naturally when it completed searching it said "no new device found" but both started instantly working as soon as I clicked on "mouse" and it began to search for it. My wireless mouse and keyboard stop working approx twice a day but start working again as soon as I begin the process to pair them. I just installed the newest update for OSX so don't whether that has anything to do with this issue. Has anyone else experienced a similar problem with your wireless mouse and keyboard?

I think you did post in the wrong section but have you replaced the batteries?
