Tiger: Broken Library Alias in Network

When I open the Network tab in Finder I find two aliases, 1 called Library and one called Servers. When I click on Library I am informed that the original item cannot be found. Anyone else get this too.
Also, I cannot delete this alias, if i try I get a you do not have sufficient privileges error.
Anyone else experience this? Is this a known tiger bug?
please help..

Yes, it's the proper behavior unless you're on an OS X Server network. Don't worry about.

currently, i'm runnin on router ethernet modem with 3 other windows OS.. still normal right? not to worry?

so is it still normal? i asked a friend running on powerbook. his doesn't indicate that it's broken alias. And he's using router ethernet wireless. home user..
