Ok I opened the box recharged the battery and turned it on and nothing happen. I reset the power it sounds like something's going on when I turn it on but no boot chim. The caps lock and number keys are lighting up but no screen?

Hmm, have you left it on for an extended period of time? Nothing comes up on the display at all? Have you tried pressing the F1 & F2 keys to adjust the brightness settings? Has the display came on at all ever since you're received it, or never at all? And also, when you turn it on, look and see if the screen looks like it flickers or initiates a backlight, or if it stays dead.

If you've tried all of the above and the screen still does nothing, you probably will need to call AppleCare & explain the problem. Hopefully it's just something simple like the brightness...and oh yeah, one other thing you can try. Try connecting it to an external monitor that's DVI or VGA (with included adapter) and see if anything shows up then. Good luck with it!

Try one more thing (to check if it is a backlight problem); shine a flashlight from behind (aim at the Apple logo on the lid) and see if you can see anything on the screen. If so, then it could be a defective backlight. Good luck!

Well I tryed everything and called Apple they dont even know lol. So I have to send it back now. So now I am without a laptop again. Waited since jan to get it and its going away again. Thanks again for the help guys.
