Well, I had a ship date of on or before April 30, 2003, and was getting very impatient with all the new news of people getting their 17in Albooks, so I called the apple store in Clarendon and low and behold, they had a couple in stock. So I put a hold on it, cancelled my Apple Store order, and picked it up this evening. Fired up the airport extreme network, hooked up my crappy external Audiovox flatscreen VGA, and now I am typing on my new powerbook. My advice to anyone who is excited to get their powerbook is to check out their local apple store if you have one.
I had the apple loan for education, so they just hooked me up at the apple store no problem. Very happy right now. be up late....
ps. Its nice switching from halo on xbox to computer on the external monitor. Wow, im a geek.
