Update 1: I just finished setting up the PB with the registration process etc and when come to the part in setting up the PB to connect to the Internet using the Airport, i was dumbfounded. Its so easy in setting it up to connect to my Dlink DI-614+ Router with no hassles at all. Its so much easier to set the PB up to surf the internet wirelessly as compare to my Sony Vaio notebook. Its unbelievable More updates coming soon.

Update 2: So far downloading all the updates from the internet wirelessly. Everything is looking fine so far except the trackpad. Its not faulty i guess but it seems to be either too sensitive or maybe its just me. Cursor seems to be moving right when i move it to the left. Dunnow whether this is normal for the sensitivity rate.

Check for sweaty or freshly washed fingers (no offence). Mine does that sometimes in high humidity.

Congrats!!!
Isn't it incredible at how easy the machine is to setup? I was terrified at trying to setup my AirPort Extreme Base Station, but within 15 minutes I had all 3 computers in my home surfing the net through it...amazing!
Enjoy your new PowerBook!

Update 3: Been with the PB non-stop for more than 8 hours now. I have finished downloading all the updates, and had a frightening incident where i thought i could have to send my PB to Apple care when i just got my Ti PB today. I did my first home dvd with the iDVD software and all i can say is that its really easy to used with the help of the tutorial. iDVD is a powerful tool. Love it and it works fine. It does takes a while to burn the DVD though. The dvd i burn is about 327MB and it took me about 15-20mins to burn. Is this normal? Anyway it works fine with my dvd player. I am falling in love with my Ti PB

Glad you're updated and enjoying your PB! And yes, the SuperDrive in the TiBook (and the other PowerBooks) can only burn DVD's at 1x speeds, thus it's extremely slow. However, it's a rare feature in a notebook, and Apple's are the only notebooks that can burn DVD's on battery power.
