Lol.. looks like one of those cheep document holders you can get at officemax.

"iTilt is cold-formed from ASTM A764-95 drawn-to-size metallic coated carbon steel wire. Its three frame segments are then each dip-coated in rugged, bright-white custom-compounded Dow Corning Silastic® high-consistency silicon rubber."

Wow.. that's a lot of words to say "coat hanger covered in plastic."

No kidding, I'm telling you, don't buy anything from this guy. This description is true to form with all his products. He is less about providing good quality products than he is about just making money. I mean I know that is what people are in business for, but he has targeted the mac community as a bunch of idiots. As far as I am concerned he can take his coat hanger and stick it you know where. Don't buy from this guy.

I'm in agreement here; those iTilts are just book holders you can get at Office Depot. That whole site is a rip-off and MacNN should really stop showcasing their cheap, yet overpriced, products on their homepage. That "Mac Mouse" they sell has been available for 2 years for $19, yet they're selling the exact same thing for like $30 or something.

yeah it looks kinda cheap... but it isn't all that expensive... I dunno might be ok... is it really necessary to have your ibook at an angle though? My wrists get really sore if I try to type on a keyboard that is angled.

You're supposed to type on an external keyboard if you use a stand/holder like that.

Speaking of that, I was supposed to recieve my iCurve today, but still haven't. Shoot.

Yep, with the majority of notebook stands (save for the Podium CoolPad) the external keyboard option is almost a must.

And I hope you get your iCurve soon, you'll *love* it, it's so much more elegant that even pictures can depict, and it even holds my massive 17" PB with ease...it's a wonderful piece of art that does an excellent job as a notebook stand.
