I saw this on Apple support forums, I followed the instructions, and after a week, I have to say that I have noticed a difference for the better:

Looks like a nice trick. But I don't have any reason to try it now though. After the 10.2.5 update, the heat problem has gone away. I don't know if Apple actually addressed this in this update but nevertheless, it seems the fan is going on more often now and heat is still there but not noticeably warm anymore. Maybe I just got used to it. Who knows. Apple didn't list it under their 10.2.5 update information. It was never really "hot" for me to begin with.
