Hi,

Does anybody know how to cancel orders from Apple Online store? I want to cancel my 17" PB and iPod order hoping that I can get the new iPod model if any this coming Friday.

I don't want to call customer service since I'll probably have to wait for a while.

Thanks,

Actually, calling would be your fastest way I'd bet. If you do it yourself, it'd have to flush through the system, but if someone at Apple HQ does it, it'd be cancelled on the spot.

Actually calling or emailing are the only way. Calling is much faster, as it is done immediately. Emailing is another way, but you have to wait for a support person to pick up the email and you can't be sure that it will happen promptly.

Calling is a fastest way. You can see the change of your order status online while you call Apple online store.
