I dunno if it's the warmer weather or the update, but ever since I updated to .2.5 my Ti SD Powerbook's fans go on more frequently.

Anyone else?

it's probably the weather. check and see what the ambient temp is where you're working.

of course, it could be the changes apple made in PM... they apparently revamped the entire thing.

I've noticed no difference in my TiGhz combo with 10.2.5. But I haven't really tested it either.

Ahh, the problems of feely-type variables (hot, loud, often, fast, bright...)!

Wierd, after the upgrade, fans are near silent all the time for me, they used to be blaring all the time. Im a very happy user now (*silent in the background)

Look at the difference in latitude. Maybe they made a minor improvement that people in northerly places like MN and PA are still seeing, but someone in NC isn't?
