THE MOMENT IS ALMOST HERE!!!!!!!! I CAN'T EVEN STAND IT!!!!! MY 17" IS SITTING IN MAILBOXES PLUS ACROSS THE BORDER WAITING PATIENTLY FOR IT TO GET PICKED UP BY MY HUSBAND WHO WILL BRING IT HOME TO ME WHERE IT BELONGS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

oh my. the patience I need to have right now. I can't stand it. Only (*knock on wood*) 3 more hours to wait till it's sitting in front of me.

And i don't care if you people think this is LAME! I sat here week after week listening to your tracking info messages and your reviews and your pictures and your comments...so now it's MY turn!!

well apple land is saying 1-3 days now...so it should be anyday for everybody!

oh and you'll get a review I tell ya. As I switcher I'm gonna have to figure all the tricks out compared to XP.

I know what you mean Pamelah... I was following your messages as I'm in Montreal and I was waiting for mine. I finally cancelled my order on the Apple Store and ordered it at PowerMax last Wesnesday. As being in Canada is sometime no better than a banana republic, it just cleared the customs this afternoon, after being stuck there for 6 days. Now, this is my first post using my 17" and I must say I'm impressed. I'm upgrading from a Pismo 500 MHz and this machine is BIG. Really BIG...

Hey, good luck! I actually got a pleasant surprise, because I was told mine was on backorder till the 24th. So I quit my twice-daily order status checks. Then, on the 23rd, my wife checked - only to see it had shipped on the 21st!

Enjoy it - I'm sure you'll love it.

I ordered my 17" PB last week from MacConnection and it arrived yesterday...

Perhaps they can fulfill faster than the Apple store at this point? It was less than a week for me! That and they didn't charge sales tax, a huge savings!

Lovin' it! I'm a switcher and I am not regretting it for a moment.
