My friend who has one (who doesn't post here) reports "no problem" with his 17" feet.

One of mine came off on my 17". The left rear one. No problem just sticking it back on with a little super glue.

No problems at all. I put my 17 in and out of a backpack several times a day. My guess is that the problems associated with the other PBs is a bad glue mixture.

My feet are still on. I think if people just think to lift the thing to move it and not lazily try sliding it back and forth they would have no such problems. This goes for the older model Ti's also.

Yup, that's what happened to me. I slid it across a glass table, gently mind you, but the friction was too much for the feet and sheered two clean off.
Going to see if any of the mac stores in my area can fix it -- hopefully they can replace the feet without scratching it or stripping any screws.

I've had no trouble with feet yet (knock on wood) and I'm trucking it to classes in my shoulder bag with other books.
