Which dvd -RW for PB superdrives?

Well, I did a search and there was no quick topic, so I thought I'd ask, hopefully we can get a review of what works well for future reference.

I understand that while DVD -RW is not fully supported by apple superdrives, it seems to work quite often with the right firmware and media. What -RW media have you tried, and what was your experience. it might be worth including the speed you burnt at and the firmware your drive has.

I haven't tried anything yet, but I'm probably going to get hold of some from http://www.121cdr.co.uk soon ( note, I am in the UK, and so are they :-) )

any comments and tips on DVD -rw writing welcome!
