Im asking this forum because the others dont respond and havent respond to my question.

If i get an email from a friend and Im using macs MAIL program, and the message has a whole bunch of email addresses I want for my address book --what is the best and fastest way to get them into the address book --I tried the shortcut key and that didnt work. any thoughts ??

I'm no "Mail" expert, but honestly, copying/pasting each one may just be your only option...any others?

you double click on the address name so it is highlighted blue, and then you click on add address at the top menu bar.
