10.2.6 already?!? I hadn't even finished sending all my bug reports about 10.2.5!

Keep a check at www.insidemacgames.com, because they've been tracking it for some time now, and it'll be posted first there.
And also, I just took the plunge and finally updated my OS X for the first time on my 17" PB from 10.2.4 to 10.2.6 through the Software Update Utility and all seems to be working well!

I think the 10.2.6 update would better be named 10.2.5.5 since it seems to fix problems that 10.2.5 caused.
So if we were expecting a 10.2.6 later anyways, and this one came real quick to fix 10.2.5, anyone think we'll see a 10.2.7?

I think we will definitely see a 10.2.7 update. Given the current timetable of the Panter release (very late summer/early fall), it seems like Apple will have to release the "real" 10.2.6 in early- to mid-summer.
I think the only reason 10.2.6 was released this early was to quash the USB kernel panic bug. To save face, they gathered whatever minor bug fixes and feature updates were stable and tested enough for release. That's why the update is so minor (6MB vs. the usual 25-30MB updates).
Surely the remaining fixes and features originally planned for 10.2.6 will still see the light of day.
