Do they update the website very often? Cause I still only see request acknowledge and it was sent last wednesday. Is there a number I could call? I don't have the sheet of paper with the phone number they gave me over the phone. If anyone could help, that would be great. Thanks

When my iBook was in for service, the website was updated the day it was fixed... but give them a call (1800APLCARE).

Thank GOD I called. One, they changed the dispatch number on me. And two, they almost weren't going to fix my machine. I am awaiting the customer service rep.

Awesome, something happened, and they almost weren't going to fix my machine, but then they said since things didn't go the proper way, they will fix my machine this time! Great cause I didnt do anything.

They said by friday - tuesday I should have it.
